How to give feedback?

  1. Give each finding a Severity score Low, Medium or High

    • Note: we haven’t defined these levels on purpose. Please rate based on your own judgment. Your explanation in the comment box helps us understand your reasoning and refine how we classify findings in the future.

  2. Rate the finding (on bottom right of the page) based on the following scale

    • Finding Requires Action: This finding indicates an issue that must be addressed (e.g., corrected, clarified, resolved) because it can potentially affect the quality or correctness of the tender and project outcome.

    • Finding Does Not Require Action - Still Useful to Show: This finding does not require changes, but is valuable to surface because it provides helpful context or prompts a useful check for the reviewer or their team (e.g., highlights assumptions, raises a clarification question, or improves final review quality).

    • Finding Does Not Require Action - Still Useful to Show: This finding does not improve understanding, quality, or decision-making, and does not contribute to or potentially drive the tender or project outcome.

    • I Am Not Able to Rate This Finding: You cannot confidently assess this finding (e.g., unclear content, missing context, or outside your expertise).

  3. Give your verbal (use the microphone button) or written feedback in the field Why This Rating

    • Note: we really appreciate detailed feedback. The more you share, the better context we have to improve the AI model.

    • If the microphone is not working, please enable it first. Typically the address indicates that you need to allow the microphone for this website)

  4. Optionally: Use the 👍 and 👎 to give feedback on individual fields, such the Description, Reasoning and References, with optionally your verbal/written feedback per field.

  5. Please work through all the findings in the queue, so we collect enough data points to improve the AI model.

That is it!

We really appreciate you make the time to give feedback! For support, please find the contact details in the email.
