Full stack engineer

We’re looking for someone to build the front door to everything we do.

That means chat interfaces, integrations, backend APIs, and eventually a control tower UI that helps users stay ahead of risk. You’ll work directly with the founders to turn raw AI capability into clean, simple, user-facing software. This isn’t about shipping another dashboard. It’s about creating interfaces where intelligence feels seamless.

This is the only full-stack hire for now—and a foundational one. You’ll bring speed, clarity, and product instincts, so we can move fast and ship things that matter.

What you’ll do

This role is about bringing powerful systems to life—making them intuitive, responsive, and real.

  • Build the core UI: clean, fast, minimal—starting with a conversational chatbot interface

  • Wire up integrations with platforms like Microsoft Office so AI can show up where users already work

  • Design backend APIs that talk to models, tools, and business logic

  • Help shape a control tower view that highlights what’s going wrong (or about to)

  • Translate prompt and model outputs into experiences users can trust

  • Set up the frontend/backend architecture to scale—frameworks, pipelines, build systems

  • Work directly with the founding team on product decisions, user feedback, and fast iterations

  • Bring a strong UX sensibility to everything you build—function first, polish second, complexity never

Who you are

You’ve built products from scratch. You know what good looks like, and what to ignore. You think in terms of user experience, not just code.

  • You’re highly fluent in React and TypeScript—with a sharp eye for clean, accessible design

  • You’re comfortable in Python on the backend and can own the full stack when needed (LangChain

  • You’ve worked on products that involve AI native interfaces, LLMs and AI agents —and you’ve made them feel simple

  • You know how to ship fast without cutting corners that matter

  • You’re opinionated about UX, but open to change

  • You’re not looking for a tightly scoped ticket. You want to build the product.

  • You’ve got 8+ years of experience building full-stack products—across frontends, backends, and everything in between—and you know how to ship clean, user-facing software fast.

You’ll be the person who makes the AI feel real. And you’ll shape what this becomes—just as much as any model or architecture.

How to apply

Show us what you’re proud of — projects, code, writing, anything that reflects how you think and build. Format’s up to you. Send it all to jobs@iconics.works
